"the pool had no water in it, the cops woke us up in the middle of the night rudely banging on the door, the fire alarm went off falsely several times, the hotel staff wasn't helpful, the new years package was a rip off, and i didn't appreciate the hotel staff trying to open up our door assuming that underage teenagers were partying inside."
